Jonathan Franc Launches Design Gives Back Campaign

Jonathan Franc announces Design Gives Back 2011- a philanthropic collaboration with top interior designers to raise funds and awareness for different charities and organizations that will run from July 1st- December 31st, 2011.

Jonathan Franc has invited a select group of top interior designers to each sketch a custom piece of furniture for this unique collection. Participating designers include Bravo’s “Million Dollar Designer” Martyn Lawrence-Bullard, HGTV’s Erinn Valencich, Cory Pope,  Jennifer Post,  Ariel Fox,  Adam Hunter,  Spencer Barnes, Bruno Bondanelli, Linda Allen, and Thomas Schoos. The sketches are then made 3D by the Jonathan Franc design team.

For all orders placed on a designer’s custom piece, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to each designer’s charity of choice.  Some of the organizations include the Elton John AIDS Foundation and the American Cancer Society.

Brothers John and Frank Bossone, owners of  Jonathan Franc, are excited to be part of such a charitable campaign. “We are thrilled to be able to give back to the community,” says Frank Bossone. The campaign aims to promote design and art as well as humanitarianism. “It’s always nice for designers to create something beautiful, but it’s even better when it’s for a good cause,” says John Bossone.

Custom pieces for “Design Gives Back” will be available for purchase through the Jonathan Franc showroom in Laguna Niguel and through their representative showrooms in Dallas and Denver.

About Fabien Castanier
Fabien Castanier is a native of Paris, France where he previously worked in the film industry. Castanier realized that he found true pleasure and passion not in the movie business, but in the art world, so he decided to pursue a career as an Art Curator. Fabien opened several galleries in France, later moving his efforts across the pond to Los Angeles. From 2004 to 2009, he co-owned the Ambrogi-Castanier Gallery in West Hollywood.

In addition to scouting incredible artists, for the past 12 years Castanier has worked with and advised private collectors, corporate organizations, museums, and designers. From his extensive experience in the art business, Fabien has built relationships with a broad network of artists, collectors, top corporate executives, designers, museums, and more.
